Comments show 'untitled' since upgrade

Comments show as 'untitled' since upgrade to 1.09, where as before they didnt

Yep, it's a consequence of query reduction. The 'untitled' bit has been there, but before, when a user did not provide a comment title, it was replaced with the file title.
