Unable to Comment on pictures

I am unable to comment on any of the pictures, I am the admin and have given myself to do everything. All of the little circles are checked yes under photoplog permissions.

Any suggestions?

Yes, I don't know if this makes a difference but that demo is version 2.0.5 and I am running 2.0.6

When viewing a specific picture in my gallery the entire bottom portion that includes the post reply button and the box saying there are no comments is missing.

Nope, version number doesn't make a difference. Check whether any of the PhotoPlog templates have been changed, and if so, revert them. Also check to see if you have any mods that affect the editor, and temporarily deactivate them to see if there is a conflict.
