Template Column Widths

How do I change the the column widths in the 'Categories' and 'File list' templates?

Also, the text is not wrapping for some reason and is partially hidden by the column? See date and time text in the image below.

The template to edit is the photoplog_file_bit template. There you will find blocks of HTML in TD tags that you can edit to fit your desire.
