Move sections around

Is it possible to move sections around ?

For example:

Move Gallery Navigation under Categories and Statistics under Newest Thumbs ?
Or other variations ?

Is that easy to do or does it require lots of modification to the templates ?

If you are looking to change the gallery index page, you can move the following variables around in the photoplog_block_list or photoplog_file_list template, depending on whether you are using block or list format.

Where do I find these variables? I looked in the Plugin manager but I could not find photoplog_block_list or photoplog_file_list template. Thanks!
