Dear,
I made a purchase of PhotoPlog.
I filled out the form of the request of PayPall for twice.
I receive the information that my credit card was not confirmed.
The company MasterCard, here in Brazil, this confirming two purchase approvals.

I request:
1 - cancellation of one of the purchases;
2 - that the process for acquisition of the license is completed.

The purchase was made by PayPal:
Roseli Pelegrine
São Paulo - São Paulo - Brasil

I AWAIT AN URGENT ANSWER

I got to cancel the debits with the operator MasterCard here in Brazil.
I still don't have the voucher of the cancellation.
Morgan, please, I want to buy Photoplog.
Verify what this happening with his/her system of purchase of PayPall.
Inform when I can buy without problems.

No monies were received by me from you. You'll need to contact PayPal (https://www.paypal.com/us/cgi-bin/helpscr?cmd=_help) and/or your MasterCard company to discuss your accounts.

I already made the correction of the problem with to MasterCard.
I don't get to buy PhotoPlog.
The purchase system accuses mistake in the approval of my credit card.
But, the debit is made in my bill in MasterCard.
You don't receive because the system doesn't allow me to complete the purchase. He accuses mistake.
I bought the few days, the vBulletin with the same credit card using PayPall.
The system of sale of his/her site should have problems.

That message is coming from paypal.com and not photoplog.com. While this site uses PayPal to process payments, no credit card information is given to this site. There is nothing I can do to make PayPal happy with your credit card. You would need to contact PayPal and see what they have to say, as it is PayPal's verification process (nothing from this site) that checks the validity of the card. I cannot tell you why PayPal allowed the card one day but not the next, and PayPal wouldn't tell me even if I asked because it is your account and credit card, not mine. BTW, I removed your screenshot as it contains your private details.

The problem this between PayPall and MasterCard here in Brazil...
I will try to buy with to 2Checkout...

I bought the license for the 2Checkout .... :p

Now it is only to await the product.... ;)
