i am interested in the PhotoPlog Pro version. In this respect i would have a question if a German language Pack exists?

The most recent German language pack that is available, created by MikeD (http://www.photoplog.com/forum/member.php?u=422), is based on PhotoPlog Pro v.2.1.4.6, accessible here (http://www.photoplog.com/forum/showthread.php?t=1587) after purchasing a pro license.
