can change upload image for URL ?

I want to change upload button for images url from other site?
photoplog can do it ?

Neither PhotoPlog Lite or PhotoPlog Pro have the ability to URL upload. While new features are not being added to PhotoPlog Lite, the ability to URL upload will be added to a future release of PhotoPlog Pro.
