How to Show Tumbnails Under Forum Navbar?

Hi,
I just installed Photo Plog lite, I searched this forum regarding this question and answers are given like edit this $photoplog_home etc etc.
I'm completely unable to understand what it is, So can any one explain me step by step on how do I add thumbnails under the navbar of my vb forums?
