As per your suggestion, here is a 2.1.3 suggestions thread. :)
My first suggestion is:
Could you integrate the Infraction system with PhotoPlog? Even if it's just some template work to point at the main Give Infraction page, using a userid rather than a postid.
I'm not sure how flexible the Infraction Manager is for including information on sources other than postings, so it may not be possible to actually associate the offending picture / comment with the infraction, but just having a simple Red Card link from entries and comments, along with a generic infraction type ("Violated Gallery upload or comment rules") would suffice for the moment.
