Hi, i have this error for few days:

Check this thread, starting at post seven, and try doing this to diagnose why thumbs are not being created.

Large Thumb Size

Medium Thumb Size

Small Thumb Size

The S,M,L sizes are to be only numbers separated with a comma:

Code:

Large Thumb Size: 500,500

Medium Thumb Size: 300,300

Small Thumb Size: 100,100

The Default Thumb Size is to be one of the following:

Code:

small, medium, large, or leave blank for the original file size

Your Large Thumb Size has three numbers. It should be just two numbers: width,height where comma is a separator.
