PhotoPlog - Fatal error

I installed without incident, following the instructions to the letter, and currently I am getting the following error:

Any help? :/ My site goes live in less than two days and I need to have this online by then.

i think you have the directory set false

set the right directory in den gallery/config.php file

Edit: Alright, I don't know what went wrong there but that part's fixed... unfortunately I'm now presented with a log-in page- but I'm already logged in. I try to log in again and I get the thank you screen, and then I get bounced back to the login page.
