Module between categories and file list.

Can I insert a module between the categories and file list, in which I add just a note/message? I want to put there a global information and all can see it easily.
Is this possible?

In the photoplog_file_list template find:

$photoplog_cat_list

And afterwards add whatever HTML you want to appear.
