i am aware that the min requirement is 3.6.x but can someone offer support if attempting to run on 3.5.x

No, sorry, and the reason is that PhotoPlog Pro was coded to work with vB 3.6.0+, where there could be dependence on the vB 3.6.x database structure and functions, which may differ in vB 3.5.x, so unfortunately I don't offer vB 3.5.x support, but PhotoPlog Lite should work okay with the vB 3.5.x and 3.6.x versions.
