Here are the relevant lite templates that control the main categories column.

You might want to replace nowrap="nowrap" with a width attribute instead:
  • photoplog_cat_list
    Code:
    Content visible to registered users only.
  • photoplog_cat_bit
    Code:
    Content visible to registered users only.
