OK, I did this:

"Want thumbnails on forum home and/or member info? Use $photoplog_forumhome
and/or $photoplog_memberinfo (right after $navbar appears) in the FORUMHOME
and/or MEMBERINFO templates respectively"

But I get no random thumbs above my index.php. What am I doing wrong? BTW, love the gallery!
