Default Change author

I was trying to change the author/owner of an image after I have uploaded it, through phpmyadmin by updating the userid and username fields. While this information shows correctly when viewing the image entry afterwards, the image itself stops showing, but returns when I restore the original username/id.

Is it not possible to do this?

Unfortunately, the Lite version does not have the built-in option to do this. However, the Pro version comes with a mass move/delete feature whereby you can move files across users. There is an ACP screenshot here if interested.
