Default Problems posting comments

Hi all,

When I try to post comments on my PP Lite installation, I get the error message

Code:
Content visible to registered users only.
Also, the smilies panel doesn't work.

Any help in fixing this would be greatly appareciated, as this is a brilliant product.

PS: Also, when you upload, the catagory you are viewing isn't automatically selected. Is this a fault or because of design?

Do you get that error message if you use the default vB style? What editor are you using? What happens when you click a smilie? As for the category selection, the lite version does not automatically select a category based on the category you're viewing, but that was added to the pro version.

Yes

Not sure what you are referring to here.

Nothing happens, I get the ALT text, but the pointer doesn't change to a finger, and nothing appears in the reply box.

Code:
Content visible to registered users only.
Cool, I will probably upgrade to that at some point.

Incidently, I've just discovered that it works fine in FireFox, just not IE.

In the vB navbar, go to Quick Links -> Edit Options and scroll to the bottom. What Message Editor Interface are you using on your site? Also, what version of IE are you using, and is IE reporting any JavaScript errors in the JavaScript Console? Do you see a little yellow caution symbol in the lower left of your screen once you click a smilie? If so, double click it. What does it say? Do you have any other mods installed?
