Hello,
I´ve just the same problem. One of our moderators can´t upload pictures.
She always get that errormessage: "Bad File - File is too Large or of the Wrong MIME Type".
All other mods can upload files. She have the same permissions like the others, but only he can´t upload images.
Is there any way to fix this?

Yes, him directory have the permisson 777. We have now tried a other browser to upload the pictures. Still he use IE7. With FF it works.
I will phone with him this weekend and then we will check the configurations of him browser. I´m using IE7 too; and don´t have any problems.
If we find the error I will post it here.
