Default PhotoPlog.Pro.v2.1.4.8 problem to install

Hi all.

I have PhotoPlog.Pro.v2.1.4.8.PHP.NULL-DGT and i upload all file in root director and i import xml file, this: product-photoplog.xml and after i have this error:

Warning: is_file() [function.is-file]: open_basedir restriction in effect. File(/home/example/public_html/photoplog/thumbnails.php) is not within the allowed path(s): (/home/slatinaf/:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php:/tmp) in [path]/forum.php(565) : eval()'d code on line 3

can help me anyone? Please
